Modification and Enforcement of Orders

Modification and Enforcement of Orders

Post Judgment disputes include modifications of divorce judgments and other orders as well as enforcement of those judgments.

Modifications of support may be necessitated if there are significant changes in the parties’ income, their needs and/or the needs of their children. Similarly, other changes in circumstances may result in post judgment litigation which seeks to modify custody arrangments, parenting time, removal of children to another state and the like. In additon to modifications of prior judgments, clients often need legal assistance in enforcing the terms of an existing court order. Common enforcement issues are non-payment of child support, non-compliance with established custody and parenting time provision, and failure to follow through on court ordered property division.

The attorneys at Touloupakis Aguirre llc have extensive experience in successfully dealing with such post divorce disputes.
