A parentage action provides an unmarried parent with the means to establish a child’s legal parent. Once parentage of a child has been established, both parents can be required by law to contribute to the child’s support and also can codify their legal rights to custody and visitation with the child.
The attorneys at Touloupakis Aguirre are thoroughly familiar with all aspects of the Illinois Parentage Act, and have extensive experience in litigating the support and parenting issues, resulting from parentage being established.
