Lupe Aguirre is Of Counsel in the law firm of Craig B. Hammond LTD. In 1998 Lupe graduated from The University of Illinois (B.A.) and in 2003 received his J.D. from The Thomas Cooley Law School.
Lupe represent clients in domestic relations, employment, immigration and realestate matters.
Lupe has experience with: simple and complex divorces, child custody and visitation, adoption, prenuptial agreements, estate and property division as well as post decree modifications.
Lupe also focuses his practice on legal issues involving privately held businesses, including LLC’s, joint ventures, structuring operating agreements and has also argued appeals in unemployment insurance disputes on behalf of employees.
Lupe is admitted to practice in Illinois and is a member of the Illinois Hispanic Lawyers Association, Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association and American Bar Association.
In his spare time Lupe enjoys travel, participates in marathons, triathlons and other sports.
