Ava Touloupakis has been practicing law in the State of Illinois since 2005. Ava’s practice concentrates primarily on Family Law, which includes such areas as divorce, parental allocation, parenting time, maintenance (formerly known as alimony), child support, property division, parentage, domestic violence, annulments, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and post-judgment proceedings. Ava has also had extensive experience with probate matters from the opening of probate estates to their closing. Ava’s philosophy in handling her practice is predicated on providing every client with individual attention and the best representation possible. Ava first emphasizes extensive communication with both her clients and opposing counsel in an attempt to achieve a quick, fair and inexpensive resolution for the client, but, if that cannot be accomplished, offers her client strong litigation skills.
